• Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, cheque, UPI billing, and online merchant services like Razorpay, Instamojo and PayPal.

Refund Policy

• General Refunds: Most of our services are non-refundable as they are custom-made based on client requirements and sold with full client knowledge and approval.
• Specific Refunds: Certain products may be sold with a money-back guarantee. These products will explicitly state the refund policy at the time of purchase.
• Service Refunds: In the rare case where a client is unable to proceed with a software or website development project due to unforeseen circumstances, we are open to negotiating a partial refund based on the work completed.

Refund Process

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for certain conditions, such as partially completed services.

Returns

• Tangible Goods: For tangible goods like IoT products, customers must return the item to qualify for a refund. The shipping cost for returns will be covered by NONGTHANG TECHNOLOGIES.
• Software Products: For software products, there is no need to return the product.

Cancellation Policy

Currently, we do not accept order cancellations.
